Make sure to match your campaign settings with the review flags on your creatives.
- Content Category: We match your creatives to the right audience — Straight, Gay, or all—so they reach the right audience. If a creative is flagged for a specific group, use it for a campaign targeting that group. Those marked as all can be used for Straight, Gay, or Trans audiences.
- Google Standard: Running on Chrome? Your ads must meet Google’s Abusive Ad Experience guidelines. If you don’t meet the guidelines, uncheck Chrome under Browser Targeting when setting up your campaign.
Having upload issues?
- Check the error message: The system will usually tell you what’s wrong (for example, “Image dimensions are not valid”). That’s your first clue!
- Remove special characters: Keep your file names simple (no special characters like @, #, %, etc).
- Check dimensions and size: Ensure your banner meets the required specs.
If your files are all good but you are still having trouble, try these quick fixes:
- Clear cache and cookies
- User google chrome
- Disable VPNs, ad blockers, and antivirus
- Try incognito mode and other browsers
