Why Shorties In-Stream Outperform Traditional Video Ads
TrafficJunky’s new In-Stream ads for shorties works similarly to popular short-form video platforms, integrating ads seamlessly between content to maximize user engagement.
Reach your target audience of mobile users.
The increasing access to and reliance on smartphone devices is changing the ways we consume content, interact with brands, and purchase new products. Considering that, in 2024, about 96.2% of the global population uses smartphones to go online, it’s clear that mobile users is a substantial audience.
The rise of short-form video platforms demonstrates a growing preference for short-term video content and a shift in consumer behavior.
Short-form video content rules streaming platforms, with 60% of content being watched for up to 80% of video content. It also dominates the attention spans of potential customers: 73% of consumers as a whole and 57% of Gen Z prefer short videos to learn about products and services.
Achieve better campaign results and avoid ad fatigue with content that seamlessly integrates into users’ feeds when they are most engaged.
According to research participants, 91% of respondents felt that ads are more intrusive today compared to the past couple of years. This decline in user experience affects more than the content viewed. Ad fatigue can be seen in lower-performing campaigns due to declining CTRs, conversion rates, and increased customer acquisition costs.
With in-stream Shorties In-Stream, the user’s attention naturally transitions from organic content to your ad resulting in higher engagement. Keep reading for our favorite best practices.
TIP: Advertisers with multiple video ads can use TrafficJunky’s Manual Ad Rotation feature to ensure an equal distribution of your ads and avoid ad fatigue.
