How to make a cryptocurrency payment
- Go to the Account Funding/Add Funds page and select Crypto as your payment method.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay or select one of the suggested amounts.
- Select the coin you want to use from the dropdown.
- (Optional) By default the checkbox for Use Same Billing information as in My Profile will be checked. When unchecked, the user can modify their billing information for that specific transaction.
- Click Load Your Account, and you’ll be directed to the payment portal.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your payment.
- Save the Payment ID for future reference.
How to cancel a pending transaction
- Refresh or go back to Add Funds and select the Crypto payment method again.
- You will see a yellow tool tip message stating that you’ve already used cryptocurrency as a payment method.
- Under Cancel Transaction, click on Cancel Pending Transaction.
